Maureen Elizabeth (Arruda) Souza, 66, passed away on Monday October 23rd, 2023. Born in North Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Marilyn (Brown) Arruda. Maureen was employed for over ten years as a school custodian. She enjoyed spending time with her family, taking long walks throughout the city and spending time by the ocean.
Maureen is survived by her son Brandon Branconier, his wife Wendy, 3 grandchildren whom she loved very much, Chephren, Charlotte and Cayson, 2 great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Elijah, a brother, George Arruda, two sisters, Sharyon Morris, and Patricia St. Pierre, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John and Vincent Arruda. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1st from 5pm until 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI. Burial private.
